3. Booking and Cancellations

For cancellations or rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
4. Pricing and Payments
Our pricing is based on the specific service required, the size of the area, and the estimated time. All prices quoted will be in GBP (£). Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are requested to:
- Provide free access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
- Ensure the premises are safe for our staff to work in.
- Inform us of any specific instructions or areas of concern prior to the service commencement.
- Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items. While we take utmost care, Salamander Sparkle is not liable for damage to items not properly secured or removed.
6. Guarantees and Complaints
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no extra cost. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean.
7. Liability
Salamander Sparkle carries comprehensive insurance for public liability and damage. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear, or for any damage resulting from faulty products or equipment supplied by the client.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and layout of this website are the intellectual property of Salamander Sparkle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
9. Privacy Policy
